  • Must be able to walk from bus to venues unaided
  • Walkers welcome; wheelchairs cannot be accommodated

  • Partial or full payment due June 1, 2026
  • Remaining balance due by September 1, 2026 (if partial payment made)
  • Full refund until June 1, 2026
  • June 1 – October 21, 2026: Refund minus $450 unless replacement found
  • After October 21, 2026: Non-refundable
